A reflection and living radar across the five IDG dimensions and twenty-five skills. Take it now — and again whenever it feels right to look in the mirror and ground your growth — and watch where your ground has shifted.
This is a personal reflection on how you see yourself across the IDG. There is no right answer. The point is to grow your awareness of yourself and to use that awareness to develop in the direction the framework points to.
Different ways of being suit different situations, so no score is good or bad. As you read each scale, you may notice you would like to be more one way or another — that noticing is itself the work.
For each skill you place yourself on a 1–6 scale between two honest descriptions of lived experience, and answer one open reflection. The scores draw your radar; the reflections stay with you.
Your data stays yours. Nothing is ever sent anywhere. Save round to file downloads your snapshot — scores and reflections — to your own device. Open the tool again any time, on any device, and use Load round from file to bring it back.
Compare over time. Save a file each time you take the snapshot (the filename notes the moment and date). Load two of them, switch the moment, and overlay both on one radar to see how your ground has shifted.
